This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

All correspondence via email, texting, or US Mail between Council President Janice Johnston and any members of the Recreation Commission and/or the Beach Concert Committee, specifically Nancy Marotta and Carmen Marotta that contain the any of the following word in the subject line or in the body of the correspondence: beach, concert, concerts, contract, contracts, sponsorship, sponorships, money, payment, kickback. Request is for the time period between January 1, 2024 to August 13, 2024.
