OPRA Request - Ballot Dropbox Video
Dear Edison Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am seeking Video Footage of all ballot dropboxes for the following dates
Primary Election 2020 - 6/7/20-7/8/20
General Election 2020 - 10/14/20-11/4/20
Primary Election 2021 - 5/9/21 - 6/9/21
General Election 2021 - 10/3/21 - 11/3/21
Further Pursuant to NJ OPRA Law, the records must be provided in MEDIUM requested.
I am requesting it, in a cloud drive, downloadable link, for example google drive or dropbox link.
Further my stated interest is "a citizens concern about public processes"

From official State guidelines from the NJ Division of Elections, “these
videos are considered an election record, and must be retained, at a
minimum, until the period to challenge the election results has passed.”
Clerks are to keep video records until 20 days post-election.
