Dear Longport Borough,

We hope all is well

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens in a seperate list
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) we would like a list of all delinquent properties
5) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.

If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well

Thank you for your OPRA request 2022-45. Please find attached the responsive records to your request. Please note that regarding #5 of your request, the Tax Office has noted that it has not had to assign any liens. Also, regarding #1 - #3 there are no responsive documents.
