The resolution adopted by Camden City Council (introduced on or about January 13, 2026 and/or adopted on or about March 10, 2026) authorizing the assignment of municipally held tax sale certificates for less than face value pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-114.2, including any attached schedule or list of certificates, properties, bidders, and assignment amounts.

2. The executed assignment agreement, assignment of tax sale certificate, and any related bid award documents for Tax Sale Certificate No. 11-00389, encumbering Block 291, Lot 2 (604 Line Street, Camden, NJ 08103), including the name and address of the assignee.

3. Any correspondence or notice identifying the current holder of record of Tax Sale Certificate No. 11-00389.
