All construction, zoning, and building permits, including any amended,
revised, or closed permits;

All septic system records, including:

Original septic system permits and approvals;

Septic system design plans;

Certificates of Compliance or approvals to operate;

Any permits, approvals, or reviews related to septic system alterations,
repairs, bedroom count changes, additional bathrooms, basement plumbing,
or installation of a sewage/grinder/ejector pump;

Health Department or Board of Health approvals related to the septic
system;

Certificates of Occupancy or approvals related to plumbing, bathrooms, or
habitable space additions;

Any correspondence, notes, or enforcement records related to unpermitted
or corrected work at the property.

If any portion of these records is maintained by another department,
shared‑service entity, or the Hopewell Township Health Department, please
forward this request to the appropriate custodian and provide their
contact information for my records.
