Records requested: I am requesting a copy of all public records of Administrative citations, disciplinary fines, notice of violations, penalty assessments I’m playing with baby, or corrective action plans issued to Millville Police, Millville Fire/ EMS, Inspiration Life Support or the Southern Regional Medical Examiner Office concerning protocol, violations, operational handling errors or regular infractions from July 10, 2023 through July 24, 2026
