Records requested: Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act ( N.J.S.A. 47 :1A-1 et seq. ) I am requesting a copy of all public records of administrative citations, disciplinary fines, notice of violations, penalty assessment or corrective action plans issued to Millville Police, Millville fire/ EMS, Inspira Life Support, or the Southern Regional Medical Office concerning protocol, violations, operational handling errors or regularly infractions from July 10, 2023 through July 24, 2026
