Dear Englishtown Borough,

Due to a technical error, our organization withdrew our request from the OPRA Machine for the information below.

We are stating for the record it has NOT been withdrawn and we are filing a complaint with the GRC for the lack of response by the Police Department.

Our organization understands the Borough Clerk does not maintain the Facebook account for the Englishtown Police Department and we will not hold the Clerk responsible in our complaint and law suit.

The time to respond has long since elapsed.
