Attached is an OPRA Request form associated to the property located at 9 Sweeney Ct in Green Brook Twp (Block 89 Lot 32).
I am working with the Buyer's in the purchase of this property and requesting the OPRA reports in support of that process.
I would like to request a report of all documents associated to the following items:
1) Open and Closed Permits
2) Open or Closed Code Violations
3) Pending Violations or Assessments
4) Open Tax and or Sewer Liens
5) Records related to underground storage tanks including removal if applicable
6) Survey

attached and the responses to each item below. On the building permit list,
the “C” under status means the permit is closed, any without a “C” (blank)
are open, and “A” means abandoned. In order to close open building permits,
