1.Structural Information:
Structural permits, plans, and inspections related to foundations, load-bearing walls, beams, columns, roof structure, or basement work. Engineering reports, structural assessments, or certifications. Records of foundation issues, settlement, reinforcement, underpinning, or wall stabilization. Basement-related permits or records (including waterproofing, sump pump installation, drainage systems, or finishing)

2.Flooding & Water-Related Information:
Any records of flooding, water intrusion, drainage issues, or stormwater complaints associated with the property. Stormwater management plans, drainage approvals, or grading permits affecting the property. FEMA flood zone determinations, elevation certificates, or floodplain records. Records of sump pump discharge approvals or violations and any municipal correspondence related to recurring water issues or nearby drainage concerns.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
