The Buyer would like to determine that any and all improvements performed were performed with permits and were inspected by the municipality and approvals were received. Please confirm if there are any pending assessments and/or violations for the subject property. Please confirm if there are any public easements of records other than normal utility easements and provide documentation. Please confirm if there are any underground storage tanks and if, removed, please provide documentation and No Further Action Letter.
