In response to your OPRA request “I am requesting a List of all
residential properties in your city that have had the water shut off any
time between 6/1/2019 and 12/1/2019. I only need the property addresses. I
do not want any customer information or reason for shut off. I authorize
you to redact confidential information in accordance with Section 182.052
of the Utilities Code.”

The Borough has not shut off water to any residential properties during
the stated time.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Milltown to deny access.
At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior
Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records
Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.  You may

their web site at [2]www.state.nj.us/grc. The GRC can also answer other
questions about the law.  All questions regarding complaints filed in
