Dear Corey Beckwith, 
This comes in response to your OPRA Request for:
"I am requesting a List of all residential properties in your city that
have had the water shut off any time between 6/1/2019 and 12/1/2019. I
only need the property addresses. I do not want any customer information
or reason for shut off. I authorize you to redact confidential information
in accordance with Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code."
The Tax and Water Departments do not maintain a list of addresses
of all properties where the water has been shut off.  Please find attached
the  "Applications for Water Meter/Misc. Water Charges" for
those properties that have had the Water Turned Off and On from
6/1/2019-12/1/2019.  However, the phone numbers have been redacted on
those records as they are exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A -1.1 unlisted telephone numbers are exempt from disclosure. 
As these records are being emailed to you there is no cost for duplication
pursuant to the Open Public Records Act.
