I am requesting a List of all residential properties in your city that have had the water shut off any time between 6/1/2019 and 12/1/2019. I only need the property addresses. I do not want any customer information or reason for shut off. I authorize you to redact confidential information in accordance with Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code.

1) Owner’s Address: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, “a public agency
has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a
citizen’s personal information with which it has been entrusted when
disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of
privacy. Burnette v. County of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408 (2009).
2) Owner’s Unlisted Telephone Number: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1,
unlisted telephone numbers are exempt from disclosure as personal
identifying information.
3) Federal ID No.: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, federal
identification numbers are exempt from disclosure as personal identifying
information.
