to the Act, the Town has 7 business days, beginning the day after receipt
of the request by the Records Custodian, within which to respond. As such,
the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is
11/6/2024. Please accept this email as the Town’s response to your
request.

Your request sought access to the following records for 60 New Street:

• Any open and closed construction permits, c/o for all work.
• Any zoning violations.
• Any tax liens and tax sale certifications, unpaid taxes, water, or
sewer.
• Any municipal or health violations on the property, outside fines,
judgments, and liens on the property.
• A copy of any surveys on record.
• Any open and closed permits for oil tank removal.

Attached, please find the records that to the best of my knowledge are
believed to be responsive to your request. Redactions have been made to
personal phone numbers and email addresses pursuant to N.J.S.A 47:1A-5. If
you have any questions regarding permits, please contact the Construction
Department at 973-366-2200 ext. 2122. Lastly, Code Enforcement has advised
that there are no outstanding violations on the property.
