In answer to your questions, please see below.
Records requested:
-Any open and closed construction permits, c/o for all work The only
permit issued on this property was in 1991 for a wall air conditioner, &
it is closed. It is too old to be in our computer system, so it won’t
show up on the portal.
-Any open and closed permit for oil tank removal This is a condo, so
there would be no tanks to remove.
-Any zoning violations None on record.
-Any tax liens and tax sale certifications, unpaid taxes, water or sewer
Tax Dept. will reply.
-Any municipal or health violations on the property, outside fines,
judgments and liens on the property No fines in the Construction Dept.
Other departments will reply.
-A copy of any surveys on record. See attached.

There are no open tax liens or tax sale certificates.
Taxes are due for the 2^nd quarter, May 1^st in the amount of $680.40
Water and Sewer are not billed by the Township for this property.
