Records requested: For 42 Wyckoff Avenue in Wyckoff
Please provide all information and documentation regarding any building permits affecting the property, including any open and/or closed building permits, renovation plans, drawings, certificates of occupancy, building or zoning violations, pending zoning applications, fire violations or any other violations affecting the property and if so, please provide complete copies thereof.
Please advise if there is a underground oil storage tank at the property or any permits for the retirement/abandonment of a UST at the property. Please advise if there is a septic tank (current or abandoned) at the property. Please advise if a certificate of occupancy or certificate of continued occupancy has been issued for the property and provide copies thereof.
Also, please advise if there are any open real estate taxes, any pending tax increase or tax assessments and if so, the amount thereof. Whether there are any zoning applications pending within 200 feet of the subject property and whether there is any environmental hazard near the property. Any other information that would affect the property being purchased.

Note
Regarding land use applications: variances were granted in
2019 to construct an addition to the rear of the home however
there are no open or closed permits related to the approvals
therefore the variances would have expired in 2020 if the work
did not commence. The 2019 Resolution has been uploaded to the
OPRA request.
There are currently no land use applications pending within
200' of the subject property.
