business hours on 8/11/19 considered to be received 8/12/19 for: 
"This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message. 
Records requested: 
A list of properties that are behind two or more years on their property
tax payments." 
There are no documents responsive to your request as any property taxes
due at the end of the year go to the tax sale.
