Corey,

Our Borough Clerk forwarded your OPRA request to my office.  In regard to
a list of properties that are behind in taxes greater than 2 years, there
are none.    The State of NJ requires Tax Collectors to hold a Tax Sale
each year for the prior year’s delinquencies.  The Borough of Glen Rock
holds a Tax sale every December.  Generally, we have 3- 4 properties that
are auctioned at the Tax Sale.  All liens are sold to outside lienholders
( there are no Municipal Liens).  Currently, the subsequent taxes on all
liens are paid current.
