requested a list of properties that are behind two or more years on their
property tax payments. 

Per the Tax Collector, a lien is placed on properties during the time
period you are requesting; which would require a lien search. A lien
search is conducted through the Office of the Tax Collector for fee. 

If this is what you are seeking, please contact the Office of the Tax
Collector at 973.266.5130. If not, please clarify your request.
