2. Property Card (determining the use (SF, MUL, COMM. etc)
3. Any Current or Expired certificates of occupancy (including temporary CO's)
4. All Open & Closed violation reports/notifications from the Building Department, Zoning or Health Department
5. Any notice of zoning changes for the use of the property
6. Any surveys on record
7. Any tax adjustments made within the last 2 years to the property
