The attached document satisfies your Open Public Records Act request dated Sunday, August 11, 2019 and received by the Records Custodian on Monday, August 12, 2019. This response is being provided on the third day following receipt.
The Tax Collector has provided the following information in addition to the attached document:
Be advised that once taxes are delinquent for 1 year, by state statute, we are required to hold a Tax Sale. Therefore, taxes are only delinquent for 2018 - we can only go back one year.
