The Block and lot do not match the address. I need a correct block and lot as well as a time frame of the documents being requested. Also anything to do with water sewer or utility you need to reach out directly to the East Windsor MUA for that. Please update the form with the additional information and new date and resubmit.

You stated that the Block and Lot do not match the referenced address (30 Westfield Road). All of our supporting documentation reflects that our information is correct. Block 53.04, Lot 13.03 - 30 Westfield Road, which I just double checked and the same address comes up when searched. We need any SIte Plans (existing conditions), as soon as possible. I will contact the MUA for any utility info, as requested.

I’ve located some site plans for this address revised 2008. Can you tell
me specifically what sheets of the set you need to see? I also have
topographic survey as well.
I am unable to scan but perhaps I can take a photo of certain sheets?

I thought I replied last week. I'm sorry. We will need the Site Plan sheets and anything with utilities on it, as well as the topo survey.
Maybe you have a CD on file from whatever engineer submitted the approved plans? We can take electronic copies. Or you can try taking photos of the sheets.
