Please be advised there are no open zoning or property maintenance
violations to retrieve for this property.
With respect to permits, there are the following zoning records:
• A permit was cancelled and refunded for Tree Removal in 2023. The
trees in question were Township trees. No permit to retrieve since it
was cancelled.
• Shed (2018) attached. Please note this permit is closed and no
further action is needed.
• Variance (1999) attached. Zoning Board granted bulk variance for six
(6’) foot high stockade fence within front yard setback. Whether the
fence remains we’re uncertain.
Building permits will be addressed under a separate reply from the
Construction Inspection Division.
