I am requesting a List of all residential properties in your city that have had the water shut off any time between 11/1/2018 and 5/15/2019. I only need the property addresses. I do not want any customer information or reason for shut off. I authorize you to redact confidential information in accordance with Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code.

The Township of Scotch Plains received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on May 23, 2019. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is June 4, 2019. This response to your request is being provided to you on the same business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Response: Please be advised that no such document exists. Scotch Plains does not have a water utility and is serviced by NJ American Water.
