We are requesting a digital format of all OPEN and CLOSED permits, Certificates of Approval and other documents available pertaining to above referenced Property.

1. Construction permits (all OPEN and CLOSED permits, Certificates of Approval) and approvals for any improvements made on the Property).

2. Oil tank (above or below ground) installation, removal and/or decommissioning permits; and gas conversion.

3. Propane tanks installation and/or decommissioning permits.

4. Septic system installation and/or decommissioning permits and/or public sewer connection.

5. Variance/permits for sheds, additions, decks and fences.

6. Surveys.
