This office is counsel to Buyer for the property referenced above. The Buyer would like to ensure that any modifications and additions were performed with a permit and were inspected, approved and met the Township’s code requirements. Please confirm if there is an existing oil tank or if an oil tank was removed from the property and provide documentation. In addition, Buyer is requesting confirmation that there are no open permits or outstanding assessments, penalties or open violations pending against the property.

With regard to your OPRA request, please be advised that there were no assessments found, no open permits, no oil tank records. These portions of your request would be considered denied as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1, because no records exist. Attached are the closed permits that we have on file for the property.
I await a response about violations from our code enforcement official.
