Dear Ocean County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1) A copy of any memos, resolutions, ordinances or draft resolutions/ordinances pertaining to the change, modification and/or enhancements to the Lakewood Township 208 plan on file with the Ocean County between 1/1/19 and 7/22/19.

2) A copy of the latest 208 plan on file and/or proposed by the Ocean County Board of Freeholders pertaining to the Lakewood Township CLEAN WATER ACT & WATER QUALITY PLANNING ACT.

Phil,

The records you are requesting are not retained in the Ocean County
Clerk’s office.  I believe they would be at the Clerk of the Board of
Freeholders.  I suggest reaching out to them.
