My clients, Elizabeth Rosaria McKay and Kevin Richard McKay, are in the process of purchasing the property located at 206 Oak Manor Pkwy, South Plainfield, NJ 07080, and would like to request any available background information and records for the property, including any open or closed permits, any pending or closed building or code violations, any records of liens or back taxes against the property, and copies of any permits related to work completed on the property such as a roof, plumbing, electrical, water heater, HVAC, fence, in ground pool or any other improvements completed within the past 30 years. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f), requestors should use the agency’s
official OPRA request form, but are permitted to submit their request via
“a letter, or an email” that includes all information required on the
adopted form.
Please see the attached OPRA Request form. Please complete the form
including all of the boxes to check off in the requestor information
section. Once completed, you may submit your request to both our Records
Custodian, Amy Antonides, and myself via email. Alternatively, you may
include the missing certification questions in email as well. If you
should have any questions, please let me know!
