This office is counsel to the Buyers for the property referenced above. The Buyers would like to ensure that any and all modifications performed to the property were performed with a permit and were properly inspected, approved and met the Township’s code requirements. In addition, Buyers are requesting confirmation that there are no assessments and penalties pending against the property. Please direct all communication and documentation to the sender of this request.

Below are the responses to the above OPRA request. The responses are from 1) code, 2) building and 3) tax office.
1.) I have searched my code enforcement records and find no open code violations or obvious Vacant Property Permit fees due on the listed properties, with the following caveat, if the owner, real estate agent, attorney or title company or other involved party has information that the unit is vacant for more than 30 days, Highlands vacant property ordinance (10-13 et seq.) must be consulted and fees paid if applicable.
2.) I have no permits in the system for 1 Scenic Dr. Unit #904, therefore no records found.
3.) There are no balances and it is current.
