I am writing to request an internal review of Ocean Township (Monmouth)'s handling of my OPRA request 'OPRA REQUEST - 185 Elmwood Road, Oakhurst (Ocean Twp), NJ 07755'.

I submitted the following request on 11/29/22 and to date have not received a response to same. Please advise as to the status of this order.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Seller: Estate of John Neady

Please be advised that this office represents the Buyers in connection with the purchase of the above referenced property.

Request the following certification:

1. copies of all OPEN and CLOSED permits, certificates of approval and approvals for any improvements made on the Property.
2. records of any violations on the property
3. records of oil tanks (underground or aboveground), and/or records of gas conversion
4. records of septic tanks, and/or pubic sewer connection
