This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
I am requesting a List of all residential properties in your city that have had code violations any time between 4/1/19 and 6/26/2019. I only need the property addresses. I do not want any personal information. I authorize you to redact confidential information in accordance with
Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code.

In response to this OPRA request the Code Enforcer provided me with 105
Notices of Pending Violations. They are the actual copies of his
Notices. He does not have them by address.
If you wish me to photocopy and mail, please authorize the photocopying
charge of $.05 per page (some Notices are multiple pages). There will
also be a charge for postage. If you so authorize, I will do a count and
inform you of the total fee. In the alternative, you may view them in my
Office. I will keep them in my Office for one week before returning them
to the Code Enforcer.
