This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: Open Permit & Violation Search - 1531 North Olden Avenue, Ewing,NJ

This office is counsel to Buyer for the property referenced above. The Buyer would like to know if there are any OPEN permits and violations for the subject property. Please confirm that all modifications and additions were performed with a permit and were inspected, approved and met the Township’s code requirements. Please advise if an oil tank was removed and provide documentation. Lastly, please confirm if there are any pending assessments, penalties or open violations against the property.
