This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. A list of properties in the City that, as of today, have delinquent property taxes and open property liens. It does not matter how long the taxes have been delinquent. As long as the property owner currently has an unpaid tax balance or has an open lien on the property, please add them to the list. This list needs to include amounts of balances owed.

2. A list of properties in the City that have received any code violations since the beginning of 2020 to the present day. This list should include the type of violation related to each particular property.

3. A list of all properties in the City that are currently vacant or abandoned. If the property used to be vacant and no longer is, please do not include.

Please put all lists in separate Excel files. PDF is okay too. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
