Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Good Morning
Your OPRA request was received yesterday, via email, and forwarded to the appropriate departments for a reply.
With regard to closed permits, I found the following:
-A June 10, 1987 Zoning Board of Adjustment Resolution of Approval to replace the existing damaged foundation with a full cellar and installation of a rear deck as a porch on the existing premises.
-In June 1987,Building, Plumbing and Electrical permits for new footings, cement foundation walls for cellar, new floor joists, deck for front and rear, replace damaged plumbing, convert garage into a den and electric installation for the washer and dryer and the garage. A final for the electrical work was signed off on August 29, 1988 and a Certificate of Occupancy was issued October 27, 1992
-On May 12, 2023, a plumbing permit was taken out for water line replacement
-On July 25, 2023, a Zoning Permit application was submitted to replace a wood fence with a 6' wood fence in the same location. The application was withdrawn on September 27, 2025.
In the Edmund's Tax System, it shows that a tax bill was mailed to new homeowner, Audra Pace on 12/4/2020, on 6/18/2021 a delinquent 2020 sewer bill that will go to tax sale in October/November 2021 if not paid and on 5/30/2024, pre-tax sale notice mailed for delinquent sewer ($417). Taxes are current with the 2nd quarter payment due May 1, 2026.
I am waiting to hear back from the Rumson-Fair Haven Building Department for any open permits on the property as well as from Code Enforcement for any complaints or violations; that information will be provided, once received, but no later than April 13, 2026.

Good Afternoon
As a follow up to my initial OPRA reply, I have attached an email from the Rumson-Fair Haven Building Department advising that there are no open building permits for the above reference property. There also does not appear to be any Code Enforcement Complaints or notices of violation.
