Dear Hampton Township,
My clients are building a home on the property 10 Chanwood Dr Hampton NJ and would like to know if there is a list disclosing the existence and location of off-site conditions which may affect the value of the house being sold in the future.Examples of off-site conditions might be : building a nearby highway, an adjacent wastewater treatment plant, construction of an apartment complex in the area, a neighbor’s plans to build a tennis court, a toxic waste contamination problem on a neighboring property, nearby hazardous waste dump, murder being committed on the property,Superfund sites.

Hello Viktoriya,

Thanks for clarifying that OPRA request for me. I spoke with the building/zoning secretary and she said that is a residential area. There are no offsite conditions that would affect the value of the house that your client is going to build at 10 Chanwood Drive. As far as a murder being committed on the property we would have no record of that here just as an fyi. We do not have a police department here or court.
