Dear Carteret Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

#1 List of all open code Violation properties from January 1st 2020 to Current Day
#2 List of all tax delinquent properties from January 1st 2020 to Current Day
#3 List of all utility delinquent properties from January 1st 2020 to Current Day

Attached are the records we have regarding your OPRA request. The
building department is not able to print all violations as the system does
not allow it however, they can search by property if you prefer. The
Borough also does not handle the utilities as Elizabethtown gas and
Middlesex water Co. are the utility companies in Carteret.
If you have any future requests, please feel free to contact the Carteret
Municipal Clerks office.
