Dear Ridgewood Village,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Requesting any and all open and closed permits for 127 Washington Pl, Ridgewood, NJ 07450 pertaining to plumbing, building, electrical, environmental issues or additions to the property.

Also, requesting property boundaries and floorplan layout including total rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms, etc.
