I am requesting all residential properties that have had Code Enforcement violations issued
between the dates of 3/1/19 and 6/15/19. I only need the property address. I do not need any personal information, such as name or phone number, etc.

The Township of Scotch Plains received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on June 18, 2019. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is June 27, 2019. This response to your request
is being provided to you on the 1st business day after the custodian’s
receipt of said request.
Request: All residential properties that have had Code
Enforcement violations issued between the dates of 3/1/19 and 6/15/19,
with property address only.
Response: Included in attached pdf entitled “OPRA – Beckwith
6.18.19 – Code enforcement violations” please find all documents provided
as responsive to your request.
END OF REQUESTED ITEMS
By this letter of response, the Township of Scotch Plains will consider
your OPRA request dated June 18, 2019, complete unless otherwise
informed.
