OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill

Records requested:

Tax Delinquent
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax
bill for the last 12 months. Please also include in the list or
separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened
against the property.

Water Shut Off / Utility Liens
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill
liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or
have had the water shut off at any point in the last 12 months.

Fire Damage List
- A list of all property addresses that the fire department has
received an emergency call to in the last 90 days.

Code Violation
- A list of property addresses that have received any code violations
in the last 6 months

Vacant List
- A list of all properties that the city deems to be currently vacant
or abandoned.

Response: Hello,
I am responding on behalf of the Zoning Department only, you may
receive additional responses from other departments.
This correspondence is in response to your request submitted pursuant
to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et
seq., seeking electronic copies of any unresolved code or property
maintenance violations 6-12 months?Please be advised that OPRA
requires a records custodian to provide access only to government
records that currently exist and are maintained by the public agency
in the ordinary course of business. OPRA does not require a public
agency to create a new record, compile information, or manipulate
data in a manner not already maintained.The Township's permit
management system does not categorize permits in a manner that allows
for the extraction of only those permits.

Dear Requestor,

I am writing in response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request
attached, in which you requested access to certain records.

In separate emails, the Tax Accessor will send the list of delinquent
taxes, Construction will send the list of building violations, Fire
Prevention will send the list of fire code violations, and the Zoning
Department will send the list of zoning violations.

No other records were found responsive to your request. Accordingly, we
are unable to provide the requested documents.
