Dear Ridgefield School District,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
Please provide all emails and telephone logs from Andrew Borek and any Board of Education members and or staff at Ridgefield school District form 03/25/2026 thru 04/24/2026.
It was reported that Andrew Borek stated at a barber shop he was firing Dr Nadler and hiring Vanessa. This was told to Dr Anemone and Dr. Nadler .
Dr . Anemone and Dr Nadler were notified of these statements.
Dr Nadler filed a complaint on 03/30/2026.
Please provide telephone log of Dr Animone of any and all telephone calls received or sent regarding this incident including to BOE President Rafel Morilla as of 03/29/2026 thru 04/24/2026 when she was told she was not being rehired for financial reasons.
If this request needs to be more narrow please provide what specifically is missing so I can proceed to GRC or Superior court as I feel these item are being omitted
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

request received on June 3, 2026, seeking:
1. All emails and telephone logs of Andrew Borek and any Ridgefield Board
of Education members and/or Ridgefield School District staff from
March 25, 2026 through April 24, 2026.
2. Records relating to reports that Andrew Borek allegedly stated he was
firing Dr. Nadler and hiring Vanessa, including records indicating
that Dr. Anemone and Dr. Nadler were notified of such statements.
3. Records related to a complaint allegedly filed by Dr. Nadler on March
30, 2026.
4. Telephone logs of Dr. Anemone reflecting any telephone calls sent or
received regarding this incident, including communications with Board
President Rafael Morilla, from March 29, 2026 through April 24, 2026.
5. Any records related to the decision communicated on April 24, 2026
that Dr. Nadler would not be rehired for financial reasons.
Your request is currently under review. Pursuant to the Open Public
Records Act, a response will be provided on or before June 12, 2026,
unless an extension of time is required, in which case you will be
notified in writing.
