Dear Ridgefield School District,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
Please provide any and all correspondence including emails , letters and text messages from Irene Voight to any and all members of the Ridgefield Board of education members, Alexander Anemone and Tamika DePass from 01/2025 thru present that reference Vickki Nadler .
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

This email acknowledges receipt of your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request submitted on June 2, 2026.
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et
seq., the District's response is due within seven (7) business days of
receipt. Accordingly, a response to your request will be provided on or
before Thursday, June 11, 2026.
If additional time is required to fulfill your request, you will be
notified in writing prior to that date.
Dear Mr. Nadler:
The Ridgefield Public Schools (“District”) records custodian received your
Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) and common
law request (“Request”) on June 2, 2026. The seven business day deadline
to respond to your Request is June 11, 2026. As such, the District is
timely responding to your Request in accordance with New Jersey law.
Your Request seeks the following:
Please provide any and all correspondence including emails, letters and
text messages from Irene Voight to any and all members of the Ridgefield
Board of Education members [sic], Alexander Anemone and Tamika DePass from
01/2025 thru present that reference Vickki Nadler.
Please be advised that OPRA allows the records custodian to seek
extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5i. In light of the
multitude of other Requests you have submitted that are still being
addressed, the District requires an additional two weeks (until June 25,
2026) to compile, review, and produce the potentially responsive records
in accordance with New Jersey law. The District also reserves the right to
obtain an additional extension of time if necessary. See Scheeler v. New
Jersey Department of Educ., GRC Complaint No. 2014-123 (2016).
