Please provide copy of all complaints and investigations reported involving President of Board of Education Member Rafael Morilla insulting and belittling staff members in parking lot in Decaember while accompanying "great friend " as stated by Rafael on January 6 ,2026 BOE meeting accompanying Irene Voight on her last day of employment. Please provide any video if incident and any emails and incident reports. Please provide copy of incident report and outcome.
