Dear Ramsey Borough,

I just wanted to kindly follow up to see if there may be any additional documents forthcoming. I also wanted to check if there are any updates on my other requests. I have received the documents for Requests 1 and 2 — thank you for that. For Requests 3 and 5, I understand these have been updated to no records; please let me know if there are any further updates.

Yours faithfully,

Peter

Dear Meredith Bendian,
Thank you for your response. I submitted an OPRA request on April 20 and received your update on April 24 regarding the items on vacant properties and water shut-offs. I also received two documents from the Tax Office on the same date — thank you for that.

I just wanted to kindly ask if there are any updates on my other requests aside from the ones already addressed.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Yours sincerely,

Peter

Dear Ms. Bendian,
Thank you for your response. I am resending my OPRA request below for your reference, as it may not have come through clearly via the OPRA machine.
For context, I submitted this request on April 20 and have already received documents for Tax Delinquent and Open Property Liens. I also received updates that Water/Utility Shut-Offs and Vacant/Abandoned Properties have no responsive records. I would appreciate it if you could please confirm whether there are any updates on the remaining items, specifically Code Violations, Condemned Properties, and Fire Department Emergency Responses.
If any part of the request needs to be clarified or narrowed to better align with the records maintained by your office, I would be happy to revise accordingly.

Thank you for your time and assistance, and I look forward to your response.
