Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Any and all emails, texts, electronic records, memos and correspondences regarding Brian Kaminski and complaints against his behavior in person or online between 1/1/23 to present.

Any and all emails, texts, electronic records, memos and correspondences between Brian Kaminski and town council members past and present regarding Brian Kaminski’s in person behavior and online behavior on websites and apps such as but not limited to Facebook and Nextdoor between 1/1/23 and present.

Any and all emails, texts, electronic records, memos and correspondences between Brian Kaminski and the Hardyston Township Town Managers regarding online social media behavior between 1/1/23 to present.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
