- A list of all property addresses that the fire department has received an emergency call to in the last 90 days.
Code Violation
- A list of property addresses that have received any code violations in the last 6 months
Vacant List
- A list of all properties that the city deems to be currently vacant or abandoned.

Vacant property ordinance changed to a foreclosure ordinance in 2022. The
ordinance use to require a home to be vacant in order to register, the new
foreclosure ordinance requires all homes that are foreclosed on to pay a
registration fee whether they are vacant or not, then if the foreclosed
home is foreclosed AND vacant then there is an additional fee . So I've
attached the our list of homes in Toms River that are foreclosed/Vacant.
