(1) Salary from years beginning at appointment through 2024;
(2) Attendance records, including but not limited to hours and days worked, sick days, vacation days, personal days, back pay days, FMLA- requested days, overtime days, work from home days, contracted days;
(3) Copy of most recent employment contract.
