1. all permits open and closed for plumbing , construction, electrical, oil tank removal or remediation etc since the house was built.
2. Any pending and finalized assessments.
3. Any tax assessors reports or memos regarding the property and tax sheet.
4. Information on Any violations and outstanding fines.
5. Current certificate of occupancy and smoke certificate.
6. Property record card.
