Tax Delinquent
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill for the last 12 months. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
Vacant List
- A list of all properties that the city deems to be currently vacant or abandoned.

See below along with attachments in response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request regarding the following:
Tax Delinquent

Please be advised if there is a property with a structure on it that is considered abandoned, there is no specific listing maintained in the Borough. Therefore, there are no documents responsive.
Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey Courts online website. Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at 201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
