OPRA Request
Dear Fair Lawn Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Tax Delinquent
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill for the last 12 months. Please also include in the list or separately a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property.
Water Shut Off / Utility Liens
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point in the last 12 months.

Borough offices are currently on summer hours.
Our summer hours are Monday through Thursday, 8: 00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sundays. This will affect the OPRA 7
day response time. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday,
September 3, 2024.
We will be back in the office on Monday, August 19, 2024.

Good morning!
Can you please be more specific on what items you are looking, the current
delinquent report it is over 850 pages and that is condensed.
I’m attaching a copy of the current outside liens in Fair Lawn.
The water department has done shut offs this year.
